Frequently Asked Questions

Will the videographer hand hold the camera?For a sturdier video, we feel it's better to use tripod mounted cameras.  However, because tripod mounted cameras are very limited in their angles, there will be times when we might need to go hand held.  

Therefore, we use professional judgment in deciding the most appropriate method that will increase our vantage point for capturing more exciting angles and gain greater flexibility.

Does the videographer use a wireless mic during the ceremony and the reception?Yes.  During the ceremony, we capture the  vows by using a wireless mic, usually a lavaliere, attached to the groom. During the reception, good audio is achieved by using wireless mics that interface with the mixer board to ensure a clean audio track.

Do you interview our guests? We will do table interviews using a hand held cordless  mic that feeds back only to the camera.  However, in most instances we will leave that choice up to you.  We will discuss your preference on that subject before your wedding day.

How much do you charge for doing a wedding or other event? We do not want you to base your decision making solely on the price. Therefore, even though our prices include the high quality customized video, as well as our complete service and dedication, we encourage you to give us the opportunity to demonstrate our work and answer all of your questions in a personal and professional environment. As such, we do not quote prices over the telephone. There is a price list included in the promotional package that you will receive later.  The prices quoted thereon will cover the entire event, with no time or travel restraints within the New York City area.  However, additional charges may apply for traveling outside city limits, to cover traveling expenses.

Does the company carry liability insurance? We carry full liability insurance with a very prominent and dependable insurance company.  Proof of validation will be presented to the venue upon request.
