Will the videographer hand hold the camera?

For a sturdier video, we use tripod or monopod mounted cameras. However, mounted cameras are very limited in their range of motion, so there will be times when we might need to go hand held for greater flexibility and increased visibility in order to capture the most important moments. We will use great professional judgment to determine the most appropriate method that will give us the best vantage point and most mesmerizing angles.

Does the videographer use a wireless mic?

Yes, usually a lavaliere, attached to the main speaker, and a wireless transmitter that interfaces with the mixer board to ensure clean audio.

Do you do guest interviews?

Yes, we will do guest interviews using a hand held cordless mic that feeds back only to the camera, but only if that is a requested preference.

Do you set charges based upon the event?

No. The published prices are the most requested packages for each event.  They cover the entire event with no time or travel restraints, and are based solely on the total cost of what the production demands, including NYS sales tax, not the type of event. However prices may vary depending on the customer's specific needs. Therefore, we encourage you to schedule an appointment to meet with us in a more professional forum to discuss your needs, see sample demonstrations of our work, and get answers to all of your questions before making a final decision.

 Do you have liability insurance?

Yes.  We carry full liability Event insurance with a very prominent event vendor insurer. Proof of Insurance Coverage will be presented to the venue upon request.
